Servant Leadership Council

Servant Leadership Council meetings are held the third Monday of each month, with the exception of December. Meetings are held in person in the Fireside Room but may be attended virtually. Zoom details will be provided upon request. To see the meeting schedule, go to the church calendar.

The Servant Leadership Council (SLC) is responsible for the governance of People’s Church as the church strives to achieve the mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. The focus of the Board is decisions based on mission and vision, strategic directions, progress toward annual goals, and financial well-being. This Guiding Principles and Servant Leadership Council Covenant provide additional direction for the decisions and actions taken.

Anyone who is a church member is invited to attend and observe SLC meetings. If you would like to speak at a meeting, contact the church office at the email or phone number at the bottom of this page to be put in touch with SLC Chair Laurie Kelly before the meeting to be added to the agenda.
