Cancellation Policy

Weekday cancellations will follow the action of the Oregon School District. When the Oregon schools close due to weather, all daytime church activities are cancelled.

Cancellation of scheduled evening events will be determined by 3:00pm by the committee/event leader.

On weekends, cancellations will be decided by 3:00pm on Saturday and 6:30am on Sunday. The Pastor, Church Council Chair and Children's Youth Director will consult to make this decision.

Once a decision is made to cancel or change worship it will be announced in several ways:

1. Notification will be posted on the Home page of our website.

2. Voice mailbox (40) on the church phone will be activated. Call 835-3755 ext 40.

3. Pre-recorded phone message will be sent out.

4. Email will be sent out.
