Ministries

An important part of the life of our church is ensuring that we act as ministers of God's grace and God's Word in action. The Missions and Outreach of PUMC include the the Missions Committee, Health and Wellness , Food Pantry , participation in prison ministries, Habitat for Humanity, Wednesday Night Supper, The Road Home , the Oregon Community Garden, and the Living our Faith group.

We provide ministry and outreach to members and attenders of our church, and to the larger community in a number of ways. PUMC is a location for the SHARE program, and is a host site to Weight Watchers once a week. Programs such as Little Angels Christian Preschool , Mom's Day Out , Music Together, and Vacation Bible School are examples of our commitment to the families with children in our community.
